Mr. Kumar Zilpelwar

Mr. Kumar Zilpilwar is an accomplished International Business Coach, Corporate Trainer, and Motivational Speaker with over 34 years of entrepreneurial experience in the Fire Protection Equipment industry across Central India.
Holding a Master’s Degree in Statistics from Nagpur University, he has been an active member of JCI since 2001, served as its President in 2007, and earned his International Training Certification in 2010, eventually becoming a Head Coach and National Graduate.
A passionate trainer, Kumar has conducted over 1,200 programs, logging more than 3,000 hours of impactful sessions that have inspired over 20,000 participants. He is the Founder of the Arya Vaishya Management Association and the Fire Safety Association of Nagpur, President of Disha Knowledge Foundation, and a member of several social organizations including the Rotary Club of Nagpur Ishanya. His leadership extends to training at national JCI conventions, piloting initiatives like the UNNATI student development program, and hosting popular matchmaking events in Pune for over 14 years.
He is the author of the motivational book Frames of My Mind, a regular blogger, and a known face in media appearances including KomTV. Recognized as one of JCI India’s Top 50 Iconic Trainers in 2021 and 2023, Kumar is also known for his love of bird photography, music, and meditation.
A staunch believer in the Law of Attraction and holistic growth, he is happily married to Archana and is the proud father of Aditi, an accomplished visual designer whose art has been showcased at Jehangir Art Gallery, Mumbai.
