1. Goals Remain Unwritten—And Therefore, Uncommitted
It's said, “A goal not written is merely a wish.” Most people have aspirations floating around in their minds, but fail to translate those thoughts into written intentions. Neuroscience tells us that writing down a goal activates the brain’s encoding process, anchoring it in our memory and increasing our commitment to act. This workshop helps participants bridge the gap between thought and action by learning to articulate and document their goals with clarity and conviction.
2. Goals Are Often Reactionary, Not Intentional
We live in a world that constantly demands our attention, reacts to our emotions, and shapes our desires. As a result, many goals are born out of temporary circumstances—frustration, comparison, peer pressure, or fear—rather than a grounded sense of purpose. Such situational goals are unstable; they lack the emotional and spiritual resonance to carry us through obstacles. This workshop guides participants in exploring their core values and life vision, ensuring that their goals come from a place of deep personal meaning and alignment.
3. Goals Are Unbalanced—And Therefore, Unsustainable
It’s common to see goals that are overly focused on one area of life—career success, fitness, wealth—while neglecting others like relationships, mental health, or personal growth. This lack of balance leads to burnout, dissatisfaction, and disconnection from what truly matters. In this workshop, participants will learn to design holistic goals that nurture the whole self—mind, body, and spirit. They will explore frameworks such as the Wheel of Life, SMART criteria, and long-term vision mapping to ensure their goals are not only achievable but also sustainable and fulfilling.
