Mr. Narendra Jog

Mr. Narendra Madhav Jog is a seasoned entrepreneur and the Director of Jog Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., a diversified hospitality enterprise offering outdoor catering, home delivery food services, guest house operations (Jog House & Jog Centre), and managing multiple marriage and banquet halls including Gulmohar Banquet (Khamla), Maharaja Celebration (Hingna), and Bhaskar Sabhagruha (Bharat Nagar).
Born on December 25, 1963, and holding degrees in Commerce and Law (B.Com., LLB),
Mr. Jog has also successfully ventured into the restaurant business with “Plated,” located near Hingna T-Point. His dynamic leadership has driven the company’s growth from a modest ₹2 lakh turnover in 1993 to an impressive ₹16 crore by 2023.
Beyond business, he has been actively engaged in social and community development, serving as Past President of Rotary Club of Nagpur Downtown (2004–2005), President of Chitpavan Brahman Sangh Nagpur since 2007, and Vice President of Parshuram Urban Co-op Credit Society.
He is also the Founder President of Sampark, a business networking platform fostering entrepreneurial connections. A respected guest faculty at MITCON, Lemon Ideas, and various engineering colleges, he regularly contributes to entrepreneurship development programs.
Honored as a “Nagpur Hero” by The Times of India in 2015, his entrepreneurial journey has been the subject of academic case studies at IMT and Dr. Ambedkar MBA College, Nagpur.
Mr. Jog is happily married to Manjusha, who is also a Director in the family business, and is a proud father of two children—Salil, an MBA from ISB Hyderabad and Director in the company, and Swapna, a law graduate from ILS Pune and a trained Kathak dancer currently practicing law in Pune. Deeply rooted in values of giving back,
he also leads a help group supporting economically backward individuals for the past 8 years, exemplifying his commitment to both business excellence and social responsibility.
