Mr. Sameer Jadhao

Mr. Sameer S. Jadhao is a highly accomplished Civil Engineering professional with over 24 years of experience in infrastructure development, urban planning, and project management.
A proud alumnus of Datta Meghe Polytechnic, Ramdev Baba Kamla Nehru Engineering College, and VNIT Nagpur, he holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering, a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, and a Master’s in Urban Planning.
Currently serving as the Deputy General Manager (DyGM) at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), he has made significant contributions over the past 13 years, playing a key role in planning and executing critical infrastructure projects.
His career spans impactful roles with reputed organizations such as NTPC, Engineers India Limited, Vehicle Factory Jabalpur, and Nagpur Municipal Corporation. Known for his strategic leadership and technical expertise, he has led multidisciplinary teams, managed stakeholder relations, and successfully delivered complex projects within demanding timelines. Beyond his engineering acumen, he is deeply committed to mentoring young professionals and sharing the knowledge gained throughout his career.
