Mr. Santosh Panse is a renowned International Business Coach, Motivational Speaker, Author, and Chief Mentor at Sanaru’s Global Life School, Nagpur. With over 34 years of entrepreneurial experience in the Fire Protection Equipment industry and a Master’s Degree in Statistics from Nagpur University, he has passionately dedicated his life to empowering individuals through transformational training.
Since joining JCI in 2001 and serving as its President in 2007, he has risen to become a certified Head Coach and National Graduate, conducting over 1,200 training programs with more than 3,000 hours of impactful sessions, transforming the lives of 20,000+ participants across India and in Dubai. He is the visionary founder of the Arya Vaishya Management Association and Fire Safety Association of Nagpur, President of Disha Knowledge Foundation, and an active member of Rotary Club of Nagpur Ishanya.
His widely appreciated initiatives include the UNNATI student development program and Pune-based matchmaking gatherings that have been running successfully for 14+ years.
He is the author of the inspirational book Frames of My Mind, and his blogs and viral motivational audio clips continue to influence people across the country. A recipient of the Ravi Puraskar and a two-time honoree among JCI India’s Top 50 Iconic Trainers (2021 & 2023), he has also served as pilot faculty for national conventions and key training events.
Passionate about bird photography, music, meditation, and the Law of Attraction, He lives a value-driven life rooted in reflection and spirituality. He is happily married to Archana and is the proud father of Aditi, a visual designer whose work has been exhibited at Jehangir Art Gallery, Mumbai.
